The best part about starting out as an intern at Mullen was seeing all aspects of the industry. They have PR, media, digital, direct as well as account service and creative and it really gave me a feel for the industy. The people were very welcoming and they all come from varying backgrounds and degrees of experience so there is something to learn from everyone. There are a lot of young people too which is nice. Things started out a little slow but once my supervisor got a feel for my strengths, I was contributing a lot to the account--and not just grunt work. I did a lot of competitor and industy research during my internship and helped my team prepare for our competitive reveiw.
