I strongly believe that Mullen has one of the best (if not THE best) internship programs out there for people looking to get into the advertising industry. It is extremely well run, taken seriously, and offers opportunity for real, valuable experience. Suzanne Daley, the woman who runs the program, works hard to make sure all interns feel welcome, have fun, and are happy and comfortable with their work. The nurturing, relaxed, but still professional and realistic atmosphere that she creates is truly the biggest factor that sets Mullen apart from other agencies out there. For this reason, I would recommend Mullen's internship program above all others in the industry. You get your real world experience, exposure to top executives, a fantastic, fun summer, and a very strong addition to your resume. Plus, you'll make some awesome friends--I'm having lunch with one friend from Mullen tomorrow!
