This internship is really all about what you put into it. Ask every question you can think of and they will teach you what you asked and so much more. It's very structured so there's always something to do. I was able to work in the studio with different DJs for live shows, and even developed my own live weekly news update feature on The Pulse. I had the opportunity to meet with different VPs and learn about different parts of the company. I even got to set up my own meeting with the VP of programming to go over an air check. Everyone there is wonderful and willing to help you in whatever way they can. You can come in not knowing anything about programming but as long as your are passionate about it, they can teach you everything you need to know--much more than you will learn in school. If all this isn't enough, I even got a job there before my internship ended. Introduce yourself to as many people possible, set up meetings, and have fun. XM is like the Disneyland of internships.
