It's a fun company. It's a great work experience. The company strongly incourages a healthy balance between work and fun; there's a game room, monthly accounting lunches, bi-weekly accounting hours, and the company pays for team bonding trips (most recently the accounting department spent a day riding go-karts and playing mini-golf). The people here are nice and easy-going. I couldn't of asked for anything more from an internship. I get paid well, and they are very flexible with my crazy schedule. I feel like I'm actually apart of the team and that I am truly valued. I think I've definitely been spoiled by working for Rally!
