I got a ton of hands-on experience to better craft my sklill. I had the oportunity to interview people throughout the company as well as special guests. My fellow intern and I worked on two new projects at XM that took a behind-the-scenes look at XM and in-depth profiles of on-air talents. I was never asked to do meaningless tasks like "get coffee" or "print out these reports" but instead had creative tasks like actually going out and about and capturing cool stuff. The office is very laid-back and everyone is extremely nice. I don't think I've ever walked past someone without getting a "hello" or a smile from them. I wish I could come back!
