Since I have been at XM, I am always comparing other companies to it because I feel that I have not come across many others that can compare to XM's internships program, as well as, their overall atmosphere. I have not been there in almost a year, but I am still in constant contact with various employees from XM. I feel that it was an amazing experience and a definite chance to be a real world situation everyday. I felt important and it was very much an opportunity to really make what you can out of it. Sitting and not doing anything with this company will not get you anywhere and that is the real world!
