I got a ton of hands-on experience to better craft my sklill. I had the oportunity to interview people throughout the company as well as special guests. My fellow intern and I worked on two new projects at XM that took a behind-the-scenes look at XM and in-depth profiles of on-air talents. I was never asked to do meaningless tasks like "get coffee" or "print out these reports" but instead had creative tasks like actually going out and about and capturing cool stuff.
