Since I have been at XM, I am always comparing other companies to it because I feel that I have not come across many others that can compare to XM's internships program, as well as, their overall atmosphere. I have not been there in almost a year, but I am still in constant contact with various employees from XM. I feel that it was an amazing experience and a definite chance to be a real world situation everyday. I felt important and it was very much an opportunity to really make what you can out of it.
