Radio Flyer is a great company with great people and an outstanding culture. I was individually paired up with one of the Senior Engineers, who was my advisor/boss for the internship. I was immediately made part of the team. I got to be involved in many different points in the design process, from concept development to brainstorming, prototyping, and manufacturer interactions. I got to work every day with designers and marketing to understand parts of the product cycle that I didn't have as much expertise in.
