Very little training and direction. Company did not have necessary equipment or resources for position. Management, if you wanna call it that, was never around. Communication is a serious issue between departments and employees. On numerous occasions, the owner was vulgar, biligerent, and unprofessional. Employees are taken for granted and hardly ever properly thanked for their hard work.
