The internship was a real eye-opener to everything that retail pharmacists can do. The pharmacy team at my designated store was awesome! They were all so welcoming and patient with me especially because I had no prior experience. The best aspect of the internship is that you are there to work but more importantly to learn. Any interesting drugs or scenarios that came up were discussed with me in detail by my preceptor or other pharmacy staff.
