Was greatly dissapointed as I spent 11,000 to do grunt work there with nothing to show for it. Was treated by some people as a slave and not taken seriously, although I have 11 years experience in radio. It was "intern go get me a diet soda!", and "maybe some day you can do this too, even though I have more experinence than person telling me that.
I deeply regret doing it.

I paid 11K, moved from California to DC, drove across the country, and put all my stuff in storage to do 253 hours of free labor. They say that they do not like to hire people outside the area, because it has caused problems, yet the only problems were caused by them not me. I did what was asked of me and worked hard and long to do it, getting good reviews in the process. They intern would not even listen to a tape, and promised me to do demo tappings of my show, with out delivering. I delivered ...
