I strongly believe that Mullen has one of the best (if not THE best) internship programs out there for people looking to get into the advertising industry. It is extremely well run, taken seriously, and offers opportunity for real, valuable experience. Suzanne Daley, the woman who runs the program, works hard to make sure all interns feel welcome, have fun, and are happy and comfortable with their work.
