Having worked for 2 other consumer product companies as a co-op, I can honestly say Radio Flyer is by far the best company I have ever experienced! I knew within the first week it was was to be my best co-op to date. They take their intern program very seriously and I mean seriously as in fun! They want YOU to get the best experience you can possibly take away. Radio Flyer, as a company, is all about personal growth. Each intern fills out 5 goals they would like to accomplish during their internship. Each intern is given a ...

My experience at Radio Flyer was fantastic. The projects and technical work were both fun and challenging while the environment and culture of the entire company couldn't have been more welcoming and fun. I learned a lot about the consumer goods product development cycle and was able to do a lot of work on meaningful projects. I would absolutely recommend this internship to any engineers, designers, or anyone looking for a great work environment.

Radio Flyer has an amazing culture and everyone there was helpful and welcoming! While in my internship, I was treated as another member of the HR team with real projects and responsibilities. There are high expectations that were set and I learned a lot, but enjoyed every minute of it. The rest of the interns were great too!

Radio Flyer was an amazing place to grow as an individual on both a professional and personal level. I had the opportunity to work on the Product Development team as a Product Design intern. While there I was able to participate in ethnographic research studies, mom panels, kid testing, brainstorm sessions, quick ideation sketching sessions, and all of the amazing summer company events. Radio Flyer has some secret recipe for hiring all of the right full time and intern candidates, because I have never found it so rewarding to work on a team with such talented people from all different ...

Radio Flyer is a great company with great people and an outstanding culture. I was individually paired up with one of the Senior Engineers, who was my advisor/boss for the internship. I was immediately made part of the team. I got to be involved in many different points in the design process, from concept development to brainstorming, prototyping, and manufacturer interactions. I got to work every day with designers and marketing to understand parts of the product cycle that I didn't have as much expertise in.

The best part of the internship was that I got a project to ...
