Looking for internships can be hard. I didn't want the typical get your boss coffee or do his/her dry cleaning. This internship couldn't be any different! My internship this summer was by far the best I could have chosen. I learned so much through hands-on experiences and from the marketing director who has soo much experience in this field. All the employees were warm and welcoming and never hesitated to help me when I needed it. This company knows exactly what customer service means and what it takes to be successful.
Very little training and direction. Company did not have necessary equipment or resources for position. Management, if you wanna call it that, was never around. Communication is a serious issue between departments and employees. On numerous occasions, the owner was vulgar, biligerent, and unprofessional. Employees are taken for granted and hardly ever properly thanked for their hard work.
