Well-designed and run internship program. Interns have lots of opportunities to meet with upper-level management, get involved with various parts of the company and even see some well-known artists perform. The only downside to this internship was the lack of pay - but it was well worth it.

I was left with alot of time with no work everyday i worked....most of the people were egotistical and thought they knew everything usuall giving interns an attitude

Programming was by far the best department to intern at, from what the other interns have told me. I had a fantastic and very productive time. From checking out all the new albums that came in, to meeting those very same artists who were promoting those albums, it was a great expierence. Even though they're were some tough times here with the whole merger, everyone still answered my questions and gave me alot of great advice. Our mentor is probably one of the coolest people ever and very quick to help any intern in any situation. ...
