A great structured program, you know exactly what you are getting into and what you can get out of the experience. Great people to work with who are always willing to teach and help. A lot of hands on opportunities, especially if you take the initiative to introduce yourself, talk to people and network.

I had the opportunity to meet with different VPs and learn about different parts of the company. I even got to set up my own meeting with the VP of programming to go over ...

It was a great experience, and it was all real work. There was no getting coffee, dry cleaning or anything like that. Really it didn't take long before I felt like I was just like a regular employee doing real work.
