Horrific. 2 interns quit because of his unethical practices. Intens are hired under false pretenses- all you will do is SPAMMING, regardless of what your position is and he forces interns to do what he calls visibility stationing. The boss is uninvolved, extremely passive aggressive. Don't expect to get a recommendation from him, because he just doesn't do that!! No matter how hard you work.
The organization raises money and uses it all to send him to Washington DC, NO actually advocacy is done other than getting citizens to call the Senators. ( oh expect ...
