In comparison to other pharmacy internships this internship is very unique as it is much more structured and learning expectations are set at the beginning of the internship. I very much enjoyed meeting with the other interns and market trainer for the weekly out-of-store events.

I would highly recommend this internship program to anyone. SUPERVALU places a strong emphasis on educationg their interns for the future. I could not have asked for a more structured, goal oriented and fun learning environment. As an intern, I was able to be involved in just about every process except for the final quality assurance check by the pharmacist. There were counseling opportunities with almost every patient and the chances provided to network were unremarkable! The district managers should a great deal of interest in our development as potential SUPERVALU employees and taught us ...

Great internship for those pursuing pharmacy. While the job market isn't booming SuperValu still offers students a chance to really see the inside of the retail setting in real-world detail. I loved every minute of the internship and without a doubt I would recommend it to anyone.
