Very good hours and support! Great people to work with and opportunities to learn different aspects of pharmacy. Still have to do filling, entering, and out window. They have a workbook to follow along with that would help a less experienced pharmacy intern very much. The more experienced and 2nd year pharmacy interns will be less challenged by the workbook, but is a good review. There are two presentation and OTC presentation and a final project presentation. Also, one soap note during the middle of the internship. Overall it was a great experience ...

This was a very fun and exciting internship. I was able to gain a lot of experience in retail pharmacy in just a short time span. The hours and pay are great. Every person that I encountered in the SuperValu company was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help me in whatever ways they could. I would recommend this internship to any pharmacy student.

As an intern, I got to do most/many of the tasks that actual pharmacists do on a day-to-day basis, which was good. I also got to observe what the clinical specialists at Farm Fresh do, which was interesting and neat. I think I'd be very interested in working for a retail pharmacy where the majority of my time could be spent doing MTM, counseling, and other clinial services.
The internship was not too stressful (it wasn't like the stress of a school semester, for sure!). I had a few projects and assignments, but most were beneficial and ...
