Internship was incredibly hands on - from congressional hearings and briefings to AAU meetings and helping plan demonstrations. I was even able to take on a project of personal interest with enthusiastic support from my boss. The office staff is warm & friendly and will treat you with respect & genuine appreciation. I learned more during the summer about politics than I did in most of my Political Science classes. There are 2-4 other interns to hang out with and a Rutgers in Washington program to let you meet other RU students interning in DC. Great hands on experience, great ...
