Great opportunity to get lots of hands on social media and marketing experience - I was allowed to use Twitter for multiple accounts for the company, blog, do news updates, work on their website, and my input was always taken seriously. A lot of power and freedom was given to me to work on what I needed or wanted to. Very fun, young company.
I wouldn't recommend it for people who feel they need a lot of guidance or someone watching over them, but if ...

This internship is perfect for anyone who really wants to learn. Triumvirate is not afraid to give their interns responsibility, and this is both empowering and exciting. I worked on many different projects as a marketing intern--from helping them film a tutorial video, to social media networking, to aiding in sales projects, attending marketing lectures, writing blogs, planning roundtables.
