If you're interning with the web department of CosmoGirl, you'll hardly feel like an intern. Not only do you learn how to manage the Web site, but you get to manage your own section of the site and get a ton of bylines. Bosses are fantastic, and you really learn a lot with this internship. Networking potential was better before the magazine folded, but you're working in the Hearst building, so there is still networking potential! Only downside is no travel stipend or pay.
