Intel has an interesting culture - but at one point you can see that every employee is burned out. Most people I encountered were self involved and always stressed out. After 6 months I was done - a part of me wanted to move on. I have been at other companies where after 6 months, I wish to do another 6... but not at Intel. Although, Intel has a lot to offer in experience. They will work you harder than you have ever worked and you will see your full potential develop.
