When I came to dealer.com (I do believe I'm the senior intern at the moment) they didn't have an established internship program, but they now do, which is nice.
The office environment is PHENOMENAL you can't beat it.
My personal workload is fine for the amount of hours I'm doing - the amount varies, but I do do the same thing everyday I'm here. Then again, I have been here for over a year now, and have been given gradual changes in my work type, since I have switched from SEO to SEM.

People here are great. I saw a video where an employee said, "If you wear a tie to work, we will choke you with it." That about sums it up. Cafe on site. It is a small enough company that you get a good feel for how things work on many different levels. It is a wonderful place to be. Did I mention how nice it is to work in Burlington, VT?
