HORRIBLE. I was assigned a research position for a subject I knew NOTHING about. My cover letter described my background as journalism and they assigned me research on finance? You may take this because they will accept you the day they interview you but do NOT be fooled; this does not mean they care for you. Oh, and the office is TINY. It's on first and a half floor (Seriously) of the business school.
If you do this you will have to work 8 hours for 32 days, meaning 256 hours. Most internships just do one or two, this ...

College Interns:
Despite, what they advertise, CITI is extremely disorganized, and all research assistants are treated with contempt. Basic Job: make power point slides on assigned chapters and find new information Not worth your time.
Highschool Interns:
All you will be doing is moving bookshelves and books around.

Waste of time.
When you think of Columbia Business School, you will jump at the chance to work here. But interns are treated badly, and you are doing nothing of importance.
Interns are treated like secretaries of the boss.
Don't work here.
