Overall, I enjoyed the company's culture and the people. My mentor was very approachable, and he was smart. He also did a good job of trying to involve me, at times, in higher level strategy meetings. However, he and his team were very busy, so I did feel, at times, like he was giving me too many small, one-off assignments that just needed to get done by the end of the day. I would have appreciated more substantial, complex assignments. As an MBA student, these level of work would have been more appropriate.

I wasn't given nearly enough responsibilities. I felt like I could have learned a whole lot more. Some interns definitely had more work and responsibilities than I did. However, it's a great company, and your internship experience depends entirely on who your mentor is and how much they allow you/need you to be involved.
I learned mostly how to develop media lists, and other research inquiries for clients.
Most interns are in the "Intern Room."

Best aspects of the imnternships is the environment. The people here are very friendly and welcoming and like to teach. They are also very approachable. The worst aspect is that there are days were there really is no direction so you fdo end up doing about five different things for five different accounts. Cone can definitely structure their internship program further.
