My experience at XM was really beyond my wildest dreams of what they would allow an intern to do. I was able to have complete creative control over what I worked on and what I produced. Not only that but I was able to book and produce pieces, working them from start to finish and then I got to hear them when they actually went on air. It was really an amazing experience. Everyone here was so supportive and helpful. Really and truly the best workplace environment and experience I have ever had.

Best experience of my life. 100% hands on internship, not even a hint of busy work. The people rock and the work environment is chill but they expect you to be part of the team, which is what I wanted.

Even though there was some busy/typical intern work, I got to do a lot of really cool things. The department I worked with does a lot of traveling and invited me on multiple occassions to go along on the trips. Besides getting to go to on work trips to awesome cities like NYC and Boston , the people I worked with were so welcoming and friendly, ...
