I dont know how they are in the other regional offices, but i heard about this internship from word of mouth, and she worked in the upper manhattan regional office. She definitly had a positive experience. I just applied and went in for the interview and got the internship. I didnt get college credit because my university wouldnt take it, BUT they offer it there if you need it.
My boss was great, and really wanted me to learn a lot. He put a lot of responsibility on me and did not micromanage.
