I had a unique situation because the public relations director who was intended to be my mentor resigned a few weeks prior to my start. I was nervous about having a different mentor, but she ended up being wonderful! The office is a young, fun environment where team work is strongly emphasized. It is a casual and fun place to work. If you demonstrate enthusiasm and a strong work ethic you will be rewarded by being able to attend meetings, commercial shoots, and radio recordings.
